Privacy Policy – SABSJS App

SABSJS (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the mobile application com.sabsjs.laravel_auth_flutter (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information within the App for members of the Sadhumnargi Jain community.

Access is login-only. The App is intended for registered community members. Public users cannot access content without authentication.

Information We Collect and Use

• Account & Authentication: To use the App, users must sign in with valid credentials issued or approved by the community. Basic identifiers (e.g., phone, member ID) may be processed to authenticate your account and maintain secure access.
• Global Card (Community ID): The App allows members to view and update their Global Card information (community identity record). Fields may include name, address, contact details, family/relationship info, and other community-related data. This data is used solely for identification within the community and to provide member services.
• Content Access: Books, images, and event listings are provided for community information. These do not require additional personal information beyond your authenticated account.

Permissions

• Internet: Required for login, syncing, and updating Global Card and content.
• Storage/Media (if used): Only to cache or display books/images you open in the App. We do not use these permissions to collect personal data.

How We Share Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be accessible to authorized community administrators strictly to operate the App, verify membership, provide support, and maintain records as permitted by community policy and applicable law.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Access to member data is restricted to authenticated users and authorized administrators. Nevertheless, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

This App is intended for use by community members. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Choices & Access

• You may review and update your Global Card information within the App once logged in.
• For account or data-related requests (access, correction, deletion), contact us using the email below.
